Sabiha is quite far from the city, and the lines for official yellow taxis near the terminal can be massive at night. I took this route in March and booked a car from Sabiha Gökçen Airport through GetTransfer. A good friend of mine in London told me about this service, and I’ve been using it ever since for trips I plan ahead of time. One huge advantage of Istanbul transfer is that the fixed price for the trip is known right at the booking stage. My driver waited for me for free, even when my flight was delayed at customs. Then, he quickly drove me right to the hotel door. By the way, what do you do for a living, if you don’t mind me asking? I wish I had business trips to Istanbul like that too.
