What surprised me most when I had mine done was how much the worn mount was affecting other things I hadn’t connected to it. There was some tension on a coolant hose from the engine sitting slightly off position that the mechanic pointed out during the inspection. I had no idea the mount being worn could cause something like that. Would have eventually led to a leak if it had gone unnoticed much longer.
