After following BathKandy on Instagram for a couple of months, I knew I had to try some of their products.

I was drawn in by the presentation of their products and alluring captions. When I had decided on the products I wanted to order, I sent them a direct message on Instagram, and they replied me pretty quickly. I told them the items I wanted to buy, and I was told how much they cost. I also informed them that I would be sending someone over to pick the items up.  Just before the close of business, they sent me a message asking if I was still sending someone over to pick up the items, and also asked me to provide my details so that they could send me an e receipt. At this point, I made them aware that the person picking up the items for me would do so the next day.

As promised, I got my staff to do some rounds in Lekki, and he made the stop at BathKandy’s store. I immediately got a message from them informing me that someone was at their store, and they guessed he was from me.

I quite liked this touch as I’m the sort of person that likes to be kept in the loop especially when I’m not physically present to do things myself. They also gave some advice on how to keep one of the products I bought from melting in transit so I could get it intact. I really didn’t have a choice but to inform them when I received my package as I was really satisfied with the excellent customer service I had received. Might I add that I loved the products purchased from them and I have since made another purchase.
