    This is a question of a complete beginner. I went to the store and saw “Garden Soil,” “Planting Mix,” and Organic Potting Soil. The man in the shop opined that you should not put garden soil in pots, and what is the difference between the other two? I am attempting to take a guide that I saw on abodelook on how to set up a small patio and they recommend potting soil, but the planting mix is much less expensive. Is it a trap?
