    Our office manager is considering switching from a traditional fax machine to an online fax service, but some coworkers think digital faxing might be less secure than physical fax lines. Does anyone have real experience with this?

At first people assumed the old machine was safer, but after researching we realized many online fax platforms actually include encryption, access logs, and compliance features that analog machines never had.
