Hello everyone! I’ve been trying to figure out whether personal development apps are really useful or just another trend. When I search online, I mostly find either very positive reviews or comments saying the apps don’t work at all. Has anyone here found a balanced or honest review that helped them decide?

Hi! When I started researching this topic, I had the same issue. Most reviews I found were either extremely promotional or written by someone who tried the app briefly and didn’t really explore it. That made it difficult to understand what the real experience would be like after using it for more than a day or two.

While scrolling through articles and discussions, I eventually found a more detailed review where the author described testing an app for an entire week and documenting what actually changed and what didn’t. That approach felt much more realistic because it focused on actual experience instead of promises.

The articles that caught my attention were Rise Guide reviews, and after reading it I became curious enough to test the format myself.
