Looking for some real-world feedback

Hi everyone. Looking for some real-world feedback before spending a lot of money. We want to upgrade every interior door in our California home at once, around a dozen doors, and I am nervous about coordinating something that big. I want consistent quality across all of them, a company that can handle the volume, and an installation process that does not turn our house into a construction zone for two weeks.
