I’ve been saving up for a while and finally found a 2017 Range Rover Sport that looks amazing in photos, but I’ve heard so many stories about air suspension failures and coolant leaks on these that I’m honestly scared to buy without a proper check. The seller seems nice enough but he’s “too busy” to let me take it to a garage, which is a red flag right there. I want to arrange for an independent inspector to go to the car instead. I found a site at https://prepurchasecarinspection.ae/brands/land-rover/ that claims they do thorough checks including computer diagnostics and underbody inspections. Has anyone used a third-party inspection service for a Land Rover in Dubai before? I’m not mechanically gifted enough to spot a leaking air strut or a failing timing chain guide myself, so I really need someone who knows these cars inside out. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated before I drop a huge amount of cash.
