    Hi all,

    Planning to travel to Ladakh in the coming months and I’m a bit concerned about acclimatization and staying safe at high altitudes. I’ve read mixed advice online and would love some firsthand experiences.

    What kind of travel checklist did you follow? Any medications, warm gear, or must-have items?
