Hi all, quick question for people who’ve been in crypto a while. I’m trying to compare crypto loans, but most of what I find is either centralized lenders that want full KYC, passport scans and selfies, or DeFi protocols where the interface looks like a cockpit and I’m scared to click the wrong thing. I’d like something in between: simple, non-custodial, reasonable terms. Amounts are small, maybe 2-4k at a time. Any options that are actually usable for a normal person and not just for DeFi power users?

Fair point about the cockpit UI, I bounced off a couple of protocols for the same reason. Most crypto backed lines of credit still either ask for KYC or assume you know what a health factor is. XQ looks closer to what you describe: connect a wallet, pick ETH as collateral, type how much you need, and it shows the estimated collateral right away. No documents, credit terms come instantly. Gas on Base is near zero, which matters when you’re moving 2-4k and don’t want fees eating into it. To be honest, it hasn’t launched yet, so I can only judge by the site and the docs. I’d join the waitlist and meanwhile read how they handle LTV and collateral risk before putting anything in.
