My wife’s little Fiat 500 has been sitting in the sun for a few weeks while we were on holiday, and surprise surprise, it’s completely flat now and won’t even take a jump. I think the heat might have finally killed it. I’m based up near Al Rahmaniya, so dragging the car to a random workshop in Industrial Area feels like a mission, especially since the car is so tiny and I know some places might not have the right small-sized battery in stock. I don’t want to end up with some no-name brand that’ll die again in six months, but I also don’t want to pay dealer prices for something that’s essentially a consumable part. I’m looking for a Trusted Fiat battery shop in Sharjah where they actually understand that these little Italian cars can be a bit specific about the terminal layout and the cold cranking amps needed even for a small engine. Does anyone have a go-to spot for European car batteries that won’t try to sell me something oversized just because it fits in the tray?
