2019 has come and gone, but it was quite the year as some of our favourite celebrities and beauty influencers dished up beauty looks left, right and centre and we did love them all!!! One thing that rings true is that edges were laid for the gods, weaves were hitting bottoms, ponytails have been sleek and bobs as sharp as they can be.

We’ll be sharing some hairstyles that were quite popular in the beauty scene last year, it almost felt like there were was a memo sent to all the it-girls. Just so you get a better understanding of what we’re talking about, we’ve curated some photos of your favourite fashionistas as evidence.

Blonde Bobs

Over the years, bobs seem to have become a staple of most fashion-forward women. This isn’t a surprise as bobs have a way of giving the wearer a polished and sophisticated look. Last year, blonde bobs took centrestage as we saw different shades of blonde and different cuts of bobs stealing the show.

Long Bone Straight Hair

Long weaves don’t seem to be going anywhere as it seems the longer the better. More ladies were seen rocking bottom grazing straight weaves. It started to seem the deal was 30 inches or nothing.
